Corporate Donations and Partnerships
The key aim of this campaign was to facilitate the donation and rapid distribution of priority aid to those most in need, within Ukraine, while providing donors and sponsors with visibility over where their donations are going and how quickly those donations can help save lives.
We provide free, reliable transportation to the donors of aid by securing UK companies and private donors to sponsor the Ukraine registered trucks on their 5,000 km round trip. Each 20 tonne truck costs between £2,350 and £2,700 depending on the time it takes to pack each truck.
Truck sponsors fund all truck distribution and logistics costs of trucks from London to Lviv. We are currently sending an average of 4 fully loaded, 20 tonne trucks from London to Lviv every week.

Why are we working with Climate Action
As an international exporter of British food and drink, we were investigating ways in which we could help the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine but were struggling to deliver what was needed due to post-Brexit import restrictions.
When we were approached by Climate Action to support their Ukraine 20-20-20 campaign, we were thrilled to hear they’d already developed a reliable, cost effective and transparent distribution channel from London to those that need it most in Ukraine – eliminating many of the barriers we were facing. So, getting involved was a no-brainer to us.
Visibility and Accountability
We can help you to deliver your donated aid directly into Ukraine, using our reliable logistics and distribution network. It takes our trucks 3 – 4 days to drive the 2,500km from London to Lviv.
This means that for priority aid items (food, medicine, hygiene products), we are aiming to get aid delivered into the hands of those that need it most, within 6 – 7 days.
We provide regular tracking updates to all corporate donors and truck sponsors, via the Truck Tracker page on our website. We are working very closely with the local Charitable Foundation, Humanitarian Initiatives, who are able to provide us with trusted onward distribution, supported by constant feedback, including photos and videos of aid being offloaded in Lviv and then being distributed to recipients in cities and regions right across Ukraine.
Please note – We cannot guarantee when donated aid will arrive in Lviv, or when or where it will be distributed within Ukraine.
